This is one of those area in Watthana and the other is the Khlong Tan Nuea where the property is not as expensive and there have not been many property developments in that area. The Esse Asoke is another project of note which offers units at 21,000,000 THB per units for 74 Sqm with two-bedrooms. Property in this area is getting more expensive each year.
